  this week at the book study, at all congregations in the u.s., a letter was read saying if you go to a house or property with a "no trespassing" sign, you must not enter, or knock on the door.

  you have to leave immediately.

  a sign saying "no solicitors" is too ambiguous, and they are to use their own judgment, and don't have to knock.

  Undaunted Danny A burglar broke into a house one night. He shined his
  flashlight around, looking for valuables, and when he
  picked up a CD player to place in his sack, a strange,
  disembodied voice echoed from the dark saying, "Jesus
  is watching you."
  He nearly jumped out of his skin, clicked his
  flashlight out, and froze. When he heard nothing more
  after a bit, he shook his head, promised himself a
  vacation after the next big score, then clicked the
  light on and began searching for more valuables.
  
  Just as he pulled the stereo out so he could
  disconnect the wires, clear as a bell he heard, "Jesus
  is watching you." Freaked out, he shone his light
  around frantically, looking for the source of the
  voice. Finally, in the corner of the room, his
  flashlight beam came to rest on a parrot.
  
  "Did you say that?" He hissed at the parrot.
  
  "Yep," the parrot confessed, then squawked, "I'm just
  trying to warn you."
  
  The burglar relaxed. "Warn me, huh? Who in the world
  are you?"
  
  "Moses," replied the bird.
  
  "Moses?" the burglar laughed. "What kind of people
  would name a bird Moses."
  
  "The kind of people that would name a rottweiler Jesus."

  lately on this board there has been a couple of threads that show how much the watchtower is being effected by the open communication of the internet and web sites like this one.

  they are changing long time policy and trying new ways of getting their religious product to the market.

  no longer do their leaders hear the voice of god and then pass it directly on as unwavering guidance to their customers.

  as a stay-at-home mom, i can occasionally find a few minutes every few days to play on the computer, but the amount of activity on this forum during us working hours is pretty surprising.

  folks from other parts of the world notwithstanding, how are you american members able to post during work hours?.

  I worked for 22 years since i was 14 y.o.I made some big bucks for a spell,the Watchtower $ociety swindled all the money i could have otherwise saved for retirement.

  So it's payback time...

  Nobody has to take it anymore,they are a public menace.

  Trespassing after a (verbal) warning is a criminal offense in Maine usa.In my case i also sought a protection court order for criminal threatening.

  The law and any jury also say's:Justifiable homicide if they come on my property again and slash my tires again or any other criminal action!
